Company Overviews

In 1969, a union plumber’s passion for bathing and serving others sparked a movement and devotion to changing lives through Experiential Bathing. Today, a mission to revolutionize bathing and the businesses we serve is fueled by sharing innovative products in a way that inspires and grows involvement.

Our special sauce is our 360-dregree approach to Experiential Bathing. Branders, as we are affectionately referred to, are a group of professional bathing space designers, craftspeople, repair technicians, installers, educators, distributors, inventors, and bathers, who are wholly devoted to understanding everything there is to know about our industry. We harness our expertise and share it with like-minded resellers. Our knowledge is our uniqueness, and we yearn to share it with you.

• Manufacturers – if you thirst to share your products with the leading bathing reseller network in North American, you will not find a more carefully constructed and capable ecosystem to distribute and support your innovations

• Distributors – If you wish to grow your involvement in positively impacting lives through bathing, and serving some of the most passionate consumers we know, you will not find a more comprehensive and vested approach to supporting your business

Experiential Bathing, as we fondly refer to it, is bathing with intention and focus on the experience. We believe that if one is open to it, the pursuit of multi-sensorial bathing experiences has a certain mind-body connection where the physiological impacts of these baths can heighten the kind of inward reflection so necessary to live a life full of greater clarity and purpose. Though the physical products we distribute may be sauna rooms, steambath generators, and related products…we believe the real product to be, fulfillment.

We delight in connecting people with products that facilitate Experiential Bathing and changing lives in a meaningful way.

Production Operative
3.7
28 August 2026
Stable work environment in the luxury bath product industry.
Pros: The core advantage of working here, especially in a role like Production Operative, is the inherent stability. Bathing Brands has carved out a strong position in the luxury cosmetics and bath products market, which translates into a good level of job security. Teamwork is often strong on the production floor, and people tend to help each other out during busy periods. It feels like a reliable employer within the consumer goods sector.
Cons: While job security is a plus, opportunities for rapid career growth or significant salary increases can feel limited. The approval processes for certain operational changes can be slow, sometimes impacting efficiency during peak times. More proactive communication regarding future business directions could also benefit morale and planning for the team members on the ground.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing faster approval workflows for operational improvements and increasing transparency about company strategy to boost team engagement and long-term planning.

Solid Operations Role with Room for Growth
Pros: The best part was the team. Everyone in operations was generally collaborative and willing to pitch in. We produced quality personal care products, and it felt good to be part of a stable consumer goods company. The work environment was usually pleasant, and management was approachable on a day-to-day basis.
Cons: Communication from senior leadership could sometimes be inconsistent, leading to occasional confusion about priorities or changes. Opportunities for advancement felt limited without specific internal training programs. Some processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency, especially with the growing demand for our products.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more consistent communication from leadership about company direction and upcoming changes to help everyone feel more aligned and informed.
