Pros: The biggest plus is definitely the career growth potential. GetResponse invests in its people, offering training and opportunities to take on new challenges. The team I worked with was fantastic – collaborative and always willing to help. The remote work flexibility was also a huge benefit for maintaining a good work-life balance.
Cons: While generally good, sometimes project planning could be a bit more structured, leading to occasional scope creep. Also, the pay, while competitive for the Polish market, might not be top-tier compared to global tech hubs. Communication between some departments could be smoother at times.
