Pros: What I really value here is the autonomy I get as an Advisory Consultant. The leadership team trusts us to get the job done, fostering a great environment for independent career growth. This flexibility genuinely supports my personal life.
Cons: While the flexibility is excellent, there are times when communication between different project teams could be a bit smoother, especially with the remote work setup. Sometimes, getting quick approvals can take a little longer due to varied schedules, which can occasionally impact project timelines. Also, pay and benefits are competitive but there's always room for review to keep up with industry standards for an Advisory Consultant.
