The work itself is engaging, and I've had the chance to hone my presentation and instructional design skills. The flexibility of remote work is a huge plus for maintaining a good work-life balance. Team collaboration is generally strong, making it a pleasant place to work.
Cons: While leadership is generally well-intentioned, there's an occasional disconnect regarding strategic priorities, which can lead to shifting project scopes. Compensation and benefits, while adequate, don't quite match some competitors in the broader e-learning and professional development industry. Cons: While the work is rewarding, career progression could be more structured. Opportunities for advancement sometimes felt unclear, and formal training for internal promotion wasn't always readily available. The pay and benefits package, while adequate, could be more competitive compared to similar roles in larger metropolitan areas. Sometimes, communication regarding broader company goals could have been more consistent, making it a bit challenging to see the bigger picture beyond immediate

Pros: The best part of working here is definitely the environment for car lovers. If you're into motorsports or performance driving, you're in your element. The camaraderie among instructors and staff is strong, and there's a shared drive to make every client's experience memorable and safe. It's rewarding to see people improve their driving skills.
Cons: While the team environment is great, sometimes communication across departments, especially regarding scheduling for corporate events or track days, could be more streamlined. During peak season, the workload can be intense, and getting approvals for new training materials or equipment sometimes takes longer than ideal. Improving these processes would really boost efficiency.
