Cons: The compensation can be a bit of a letdown, particularly the base salary, which feels a little low for the cost of living. Career progression, while possible, can feel slow unless you're consistently hitting very high targets, which adds pressure. Sometimes, the administrative tasks can feel overwhelming, taking away from core sales activities.
