Pros: The initial onboarding and training program for new hires was quite thorough, giving a good overview of the systems and customer interaction protocols. The colleagues I worked with were supportive and created a friendly atmosphere, making the day-to-day tasks more enjoyable. There were opportunities to learn about different client accounts and improve problem-solving abilities.
Cons: Management communication could be more consistent. There were times when directives from upper management weren't clearly relayed or seemed to change frequently, causing confusion among the CSR team. Opportunities for advancement within the company felt limited without specific networking, and feedback on performance was sometimes generic rather than actionable.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more consistent communication of company goals and policy changes to frontline staff. Regular check-ins with team leads to ensure alignment would be beneficial.
