Pros: The best part of working at Data Stone is definitely the people. My colleagues are brilliant, always willing to help out, and make coming to work enjoyable. We tackle some really interesting data science and analytics problems that keep you engaged. The São Paulo office is also a decent hub, and I appreciate the flexibility we have with our work setup, allowing for a reasonable work-life balance overall.
Cons: While collaboration is strong, sometimes project timelines get stretched because of inefficient internal workflows or a lack of clear, top-down prioritization. It would be beneficial for management to streamline some approval processes and provide more transparent roadmaps for upcoming initiatives, especially for those of us in technical roles like data analysis.
Advice to Management: Consider investing more in professional development programs for technical staff and implementing clearer communication channels for strategic updates. This will help foster better alignment and growth across teams.
