My direct supervisors were always approachable and willing to help resolve any immediate issues I encountered on the floor, contributing to a stable work environment. The remote work option was also a big plus.
Cons: While the core job was manageable, career progression within Bravere felt quite stagnant for entry-level roles. Opportunities for promotion to team lead or supervisory positions were few and far between, and often required extensive tenure. The pay, while competitive for the region and industry, didn't see substantial increases even with consistent performance reviews. It's a decent place for steady employment but not for rapid career advancement.
Advice to Management: Consider creating more defined internal pathways for career growth and mentorship programs to help employees advance within Bravere, especially for those in remote customer support roles.
