Pros: The best part of working at 4fores was definitely the people. My colleagues were incredibly collaborative and always willing to help out, fostering a real sense of teamwork. The projects often involved cutting-edge technologies, which was great for skill development in the cloud computing and software services industry. The office in Zaragoza is well-equipped and in a convenient location.
Cons: While the team is fantastic, there were times when top-down communication from leadership felt a bit unclear, leading to some confusion on project priorities or strategic direction. Sometimes, processes could be a bit slow to adapt, causing minor delays. Improving transparency on certain decisions would be beneficial.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more consistent communication from leadership regarding strategy and project roadmaps. Consider implementing more agile feedback loops to ensure everyone is aligned.
