Pros: It's great to work for a company with such a clear purpose, especially in the disability resources space. The team is really passionate and supportive, even working remote. We truly believe in what we're building as a digital health startup.
Cons: Being a Content Specialist here means you wear many hats. Sometimes the workload is really heavy, and there's not always a clear path for career growth. Pay isn't super competitive compared to bigger companies.
