Nous proposons plusieurs modalités d’expertise : expertise terrain, visio-expertise et télé-expertise (via la plateforme de télé-expertise Polytel). Sur le terrain, nos experts sont équipés d’un iPad avec un accès aux différentes applications métier pour davantage de rapidité, de réactivité et de fiabilité. A distance, nous avons développé notre propre application de visio-expertise, une solution innovante, rapide et fiable. Notre maillage territorial très fin, au plus proche des sinistrés, s’appuyant sur nos 93 bureaux en France dont 6 en Outre-Mer nous permet d’intervenir rapidement au plus près de nos clients. En cas d’événement de grande ampleur, nous avons mis en place un dispositif de renfort à l’échelle nationale pour faire face à la très forte variabilité de l’activité et répondre rapidement aux besoins des assurés. Nos experts sont immédiatement déployés dans les zones touchées afin d’accompagner les victimes sinistrées.

Pros: The best part of working at Polyexpert was definitely the people. My colleagues were always willing to help each other out, creating a really collaborative atmosphere on the shop floor and in the R&D lab. I learned a lot about polymer extrusion and quality control during my time there. The beautiful French Riviera location is also a huge plus for work-life balance outside of hours.
Cons: My main challenge was the top-level management. While local supervisors were good, strategic decisions and communication from senior leadership felt unfocused and often changed without clear rationale.
