Pros: The best part about InterDev was the team I worked with daily. We collaborated well on custom software projects, and there was always an opportunity to learn new technologies. For a software development firm, the exposure to diverse client needs was valuable. Work flexibility was decent, allowing for remote work.
Cons: Project management could be improved. We sometimes faced issues with unclear requirements or scope changes mid-project, which led to extra stress and overtime. Communication between departments wasn't always seamless, causing delays. While technical skills grew, structured career pathing felt a bit light.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer initial project scoping and implementing more robust change management processes. Invest in better cross-departmental communication tools or training to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.

Pros: I've really appreciated the collaborative team environment here at InterDev. There's a strong focus on client solutions, and as an IT Support Engineer, I get to tackle a variety of technical challenges daily. The leadership is generally supportive, fostering a good company culture where I feel valued and like my contributions matter to our clients in the Alpharetta, GA area. It feels like a pretty secure place to work in the IT services industry.
Cons: While job security feels good, sometimes the career growth path for an IT Support Engineer isn't always super clear, especially when thinking about moving into more specialized IT roles. Communication regarding upcoming projects could also be a bit more proactive at this IT services firm, helping us better manage our workload spikes.
Advice to Management: Continue investing in clear pathways for career growth and professional development for technical roles like the IT Support Engineer. Enhancing internal communication about long-term company goals and future projects would also be beneficial for overall team planning and morale. Keep up the great
