During peak periods, the workload can feel a bit overwhelming, and clear prioritization from leadership would sometimes be beneficial. While there are opportunities, the formal career path isn't always clearly defined, making progression feel a bit ad-hoc.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining inter-departmental communication and creating clearer career progression paths for technical roles. Defining project ownership and escalation processes more distinctly would also help manage workload during busy times.
