A digital and social agency built for the way people actually discover brands today.
At Dig & Dig, we help ambitious businesses break out of the scroll, the search results, and the sameness. They become the brands people notice, talk about, and come back to.
Today, audiences don’t discover brands in one place. They find them through social feeds, creators, cultural conversations, and AI-powered search. By digging deeper into audience behaviour, platform dynamics and data, we build strategies designed for how people actually find and engage with brands today.
With offices in Boston (MA) and London (UK), and as part of The PHA Group, we tap into industry-leading expertise across digital, social, and PR. Together, we deliver earned first, channel-agnostic strategies that move faster, land louder, and turn attention into real-world impact.
We don’t settle for brands simply being present. We make them part of the conversation.
We uncover the insight nobody else has found. We spot the trends before they break. We solve the problems brands don’t yet see.
Partnerships with us start with growth and end with transformation.
We don’t just dig, we Dig & Dig.

Pros: Excellent work flexibility and hybrid model are huge positives, supporting personal commitments well. As a Software Engineer in Boston's tech industry, I value this trust. Our engineering teams are collaborative, offering good learning and development.
Cons: Communication between departments could be clearer during peak project cycles, sometimes causing minor delays. Expanding access to advanced training resources for continuous career growth beyond daily tasks would also be beneficial for tech professionals.
Advice to Management: Fostering even clearer communication channels across all departments, perhaps via more cross-functional syncs, would streamline project execution. Also, dedicating a bigger budget to external advanced technical training would greatly benefit employee upskilling and retention.

Pros: The best part is definitely the people. My colleagues were incredibly supportive and made coming to work (even remotely) a pleasure. There's a strong sense of teamwork, and learning new technologies was encouraged. Management was generally approachable, and they trusted us to manage our own workflows effectively, which was great for autonomy.
Cons: While the company provides a stable environment, the opportunities for rapid career advancement felt a bit limited. Sometimes project timelines could be a little ambitious, leading to occasional crunch periods where work-life balance was strained. Clearer long-term career pathing would be beneficial for many roles.
Advice to Management: Focus more on formalizing career progression paths and providing clearer internal mobility opportunities. Also, better workload management during peak project phases would help sustain work-life balance for the team.
