Pros: The best part about working here is definitely the people and the hands-on nature of the job. As a Field Service Technician, you're out and about, not stuck at a desk. The company provides good training for elevator installation and repair, and the team I work with is always willing to help each other out. It feels like a family, especially on job sites.
Cons: While leadership is generally supportive, communication on larger projects or scheduling changes could sometimes be more proactive. There are also opportunities to improve the integration of new technology in the field. Sometimes it feels like we're a bit behind the curve compared to competitors.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the strong team camaraderie. Explore more efficient communication channels for project updates and consider investing in updated field technology to enhance technician efficiency.
