Pros: The biggest upside is the exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and the constant learning opportunities. You get hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms. The team is fantastic – everyone is willing to help and share knowledge, which makes tackling complex projects much easier. Management generally trusts their teams to deliver.
Cons: While leadership is approachable, sometimes strategic direction can feel a bit fluid, and clearer long-term vision communication would be beneficial. The approval processes for certain resources or initiatives can occasionally be slow, which can impact project timelines if not managed proactively by the consultant.
