Everyone generally pulls together to get the job done, making the environment quite supportive. As a Welder for this commercial playground equipment company, the work is consistent, offering good job security in the manufacturing industry. I've also found that management is reasonably understanding when it comes to needing time for personal appointments, which is a big plus for work
