Pros: The team I work with is fantastic, very collaborative and supportive. It's easy to find people willing to help out. I appreciate the remote work flexibility, which is a big plus for work-life balance. IDERA offers a good platform to build skills in the database and data management software sector. There's a decent amount of autonomy in daily tasks.
Cons: Sometimes project priorities can shift quite rapidly, leading to periods of high workload. While leadership is generally supportive, top-down communication about strategic direction could be more consistent across all departments.
