Pros: I've really enjoyed my time at DartPoints. The team is fantastic and genuinely supportive, making even challenging projects feel achievable. There's a real sense of camaraderie, and you're encouraged to bring new ideas to the table. The exposure to different data center build-outs and operational aspects is great for learning and professional development. The company is definitely on an upward trajectory, which is exciting to be a part of.
Cons: While the growth is good, sometimes resource allocation can feel a bit stretched, leading to occasional periods of intense workload. Communication from higher leadership could be more consistent, especially regarding long-term strategy. There have been a few reorganizations that felt a bit abrupt, making it hard to keep track of reporting structures.
Advice to Management: Continue investing in employee training and clear communication channels. More proactive feedback on strategic direction would be greatly appreciated by the teams on the ground.
