CORE Builders' projects range from eight story concrete mid-rise buildings, multi-family apartments over podiums to single family home subdivisions. We are specialists in multi-story, multi-family construction over podium and wraps. We are accomplished at working with City, County, and State building codes and regulations. Many of our projects have had prevailing wage requirements, city hiring requirements, and First Source hiring requirements and we are comfortable and competent at managing the paperwork and documentation required by the governing agencies.
