Pros: I really liked my immediate team in the Richmond office. Everyone on the IT recruiting team was super supportive and always helpful. It made tackling targets in the IT staffing industry much more manageable.
Cons: The overall company culture feels a bit disconnected sometimes. There aren't many company-wide events or ways to bond outside your direct department. It can feel a bit corporate, even for a medium-sized company.
