Pros: RestoreCore offers a dynamic environment where you can really learn the restoration industry from the ground up. There are definite opportunities for career growth and stepping into leadership roles, especially if you demonstrate initiative. I appreciated the hands-on experience and the sense of accomplishment after completing tough projects. The camaraderie among field teams is often excellent.
Cons: Workload can be very demanding, particularly during major events, impacting work-life balance. Sometimes communication on larger projects or between departments could be more streamlined. While there's room for growth, formal training programs could be enhanced to better support upward mobility for all employees.
Advice to Management: Invest more in structured training and development programs to standardize career progression. Improve inter-departmental communication during high-demand periods to manage workload expectations better and support field teams.
