Pros: One of the best parts about Reframe is the fantastic company culture; everyone genuinely cares about the mission of helping users, which makes the day-to-day work for a Customer Success Manager feel really impactful. I've seen great career growth opportunities here, especially being able to learn new skills and take on more responsibility in the evolving digital health landscape. Cons: While the compensation is competitive, I do think there's room for improvement in some specific fringe benefits, which could make the overall package even stronger as a growing tech company. Also, because we're a fast-paced startup in digital health, workload can get pretty intense during peak times for Customer Success, which sometimes puts a squeeze on work-life balance, although it's generally manageable. Clearer communication on future career progression paths could also be beneficial.
