Pros: The learning curve is steep but rewarding, which is fantastic for career growth. I've been able to contribute to significant projects and gain experience in various aspects of the tech stack. Management is generally supportive, and the company culture encourages innovation and open communication. The remote work setup is also very flexible.
Cons: As with many fast-growing tech companies, workload can be demanding, especially during critical release cycles or sales pushes. Sometimes project priorities can shift quickly, which requires adaptability. Clearer long-term roadmapping would be beneficial for strategic planning.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in mentorship programs and provide clearer visibility into the longer-term strategic roadmap. This will help engineers better align their efforts and manage workload during intense periods.
