Pros: The team at Partiful is genuinely fantastic. Everyone is approachable, smart, and willing to help each other out. The company culture really fosters collaboration and a sense of shared purpose, which is rare. Working in event technology is also interesting, and the product has real potential.
Cons: While the team is great, sometimes communication can be a bit ad-hoc, especially as we scale. I've also noticed that career progression paths aren't always super clearly defined, which can make it tricky to chart a long-term growth trajectory within the engineering department.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster the strong culture and maybe formalize some mentorship or career development tracks for engineers to help with long-term growth visibility.
