Pros: Great exposure to complex tax issues and diverse clients. The learning environment is excellent, and you really build a strong foundation. My colleagues were supportive, and there's a real sense of teamwork, especially among peers. Opportunities for professional development and certification support are a big plus.
Cons: Busy seasons are extremely demanding, with long hours being the norm, which impacts work-life balance significantly. Communication from senior leadership could sometimes be more transparent regarding strategic decisions. The office environment is generally good but can feel a bit traditional.
