Pros: The team environment is really strong, and I learned a lot during my time here. Management generally respects your time outside of work, and the hybrid model offers good flexibility for a structural engineering role. There's a good sense of stability.
Cons: Sometimes communication on project priorities could be clearer, especially during crunch times leading up to deadlines. Benefits are standard for the industry but not exceptional. Some older internal systems could use an update.
Advice to Management: Invest in upgrading some of the older software and IT infrastructure to improve efficiency. Continue fostering the collaborative team spirit, as it's a major asset.
