Cons: Sometimes the approval processes for new projects or changes can feel a bit slow, impacting project timelines in medical device manufacturing. Also, during peak production times, the workload can become quite demanding, testing the limits of that work-life balance we usually enjoy.

Pros: The base salary for a Field Service Engineer is competitive, which is good. They also cover most of your travel expenses without a lot of hassle. It's solid for a mid-sized company.
Cons: Health insurance costs are pretty high, especially for families. Also, the 401k match isn't great compared to other companies in the medical device industry. PTO accrual felt a little slow.
Advice to Management: Look into better family health insurance plans and improve the 401k match. These changes would really help retain talent.
