Pros: I really appreciated the opportunities to work on diverse projects in the IT integration space. My colleagues were fantastic, always willing to help and collaborate. The leadership team, while sometimes distant, generally made good strategic decisions and fostered a culture of continuous improvement and learning. The remote work setup was also a huge plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes, project requirements or priorities weren't communicated clearly across different departments, which led to some rework or delays. Approval processes for new tools or resources could also be a bit slow. While leadership was generally good, more consistent town halls or Q&A sessions would have been beneficial for transparency.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving cross-departmental communication and streamlining approval processes for resources. More frequent, transparent updates from leadership, perhaps through regular Q&A sessions, would also be highly valued by the team.
