Pros: I've really enjoyed the team environment here at ImmerseLearn. Everyone, from fellow HVAC Associates to the supervisors, is generally supportive and willing to help out, which is crucial in our line of work. There's a decent focus on safety and ensuring we have the right tools for the job. I also feel like I've had good opportunities to broaden my technical skills in the building services industry. The work is steady, providing good job security, which is a big plus.
Cons: While the company culture is good, sometimes internal communication can be a bit slow, especially when it comes to updates on new projects or changes in procedures for our HVAC team. Also, the approval process for new tools or specific parts can occasionally be a bit drawn out, which can impact efficiency on site in the Greater Stoke-on-Trent Area. A bit more streamlined approach would be great for productivity.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal communication channels and project update dissemination to all HVAC Associates. Also, look into optimizing the procurement and approval process for essential equipment and parts to improve field team efficiency.
