Customer Support Specialist

Okay place for customer support, remote life.
Pros: I really appreciated the flexibility of remote work here. As a Customer Support Specialist, I didn't have to commute, which saved me a ton of time and stress. They're pretty good about sticking to 40-hour weeks for most of us.
Cons: Sometimes the workload for customer experience can get really heavy. There isn't much room to easily shift schedules if something pops up. It's tough to take breaks when queues are long, and that impacts work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Try to give team leads more autonomy to manage agent schedules. It would really help improve work-life balance for agents when things get busy in the customer experience department.
