Company Overviews

Close is a sales platform built to help small businesses grow faster. We combine the power of a CRM with built-in communication, automation, coaching, and reporting tools to help teams quickly manage, work, and win more deals in less time. Every deal, dollar, and day counts for small businesses, so our platform prioritizes speed and ease of use above all else.

We're a bootstrapped, profitable, 100% remote, 100+ person team of thoughtful individuals who value autonomy and impact. We’re eager to make a product our customers fall in love with over and over again.

Our values:
🏡 Build a house you want to live in
🚫 No BS
🤝 Invest in each other
💪 Discipline equals freedom
🥇 Strive for greatness

How we work together:
– Productivity, Quality, & Impact: We don’t track hours. We trust you’re an adult and know best how to prioritize, meet your goals and contribute at a high level.
– Asynchronous communication & collaboration: We have team members all over the world. We don’t expect anyone to work untraditional hours, that means our default is async. Most teams have 2-5 hours of internal meetings weekly.
– Appreciation for Deep Work: During your normal work day, not after a day of meetings.
– Autonomy & Freedom: Create a work environment that is sustainable for you. We place a high amount of trust and responsibility on our team members from the start.

Solid SaaS company with decent culture and remote flexibility.
Pros: Really enjoyed my time here, especially the flexibility that comes with a remote role. It made balancing personal life and work so much easier. The team was supportive, and I learned a lot about the CRM industry and customer engagement strategies. The product itself is innovative and has a great user base, which made the job rewarding.
Cons: While the base pay was competitive, the bonus structure felt a bit unpredictable and didn't always align with individual contributions. Benefits were okay, but could be more comprehensive. Some processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency, especially in cross-departmental communication.
Advice to Management: Consider refining the bonus and benefits packages to better reward long-term employee dedication and ensure consistency.
