Pros: I really appreciate the emphasis on continuous learning and skill development within the AI industry here. As an AI Developer, I've had access to advanced resources and projects that truly challenge you and help you grow. The team is incredibly collaborative, and you feel supported when tackling complex machine learning problems. The flexibility of remote work, even from Ai, Aceh, Indonesia, is a huge plus, allowing me to manage my time effectively and maintain a decent work-life balance.
Cons: While the learning opportunities are vast, I think the formal career progression framework could be a bit more defined for junior and mid-level software development roles. Sometimes, internal communication regarding project changes or company-wide updates can be a little slow, which can be challenging when you're working asynchronously. A more structured path for moving up and clearer communication would really enhance the employee experience.
Advice to Management: Focus on refining the internal communication channels, especially for a remote-first team. Also, developing a more transparent and structured career progression framework for AI Developers would greatly benefit employee motivation and retention.
