Generations AdventurePlex is a 30,000 square foot multi-plex facility featuring 2 levels of food, fun, sports viewing and amusement attractions. We are located in the heart of Mishawaka, Indiana adjacent to the Cinemark Movies 14 Theatre on Edison Road.
Our facility was designed with every generation of fun-seekers in mind. Our upper level features amenities that adults of all ages can enjoy. It offers boutique-style bowling lanes with full-service dining at the lanes, a restaurant and the AXE DEN where you can experience one of America’s fastest growing sports, axe throwing, first hand.

Pros: The best part is definitely the environment. It's an active job, which I prefer over desk work, and the energy of the kids is infectious. Management is usually approachable, and we have a good team spirit that makes shifts enjoyable. There's a good understanding of the need for reliable employment for staff in this customer-facing role.
Cons: While overall job security feels okay, the primary drawback is the inconsistency in scheduling. Hours can fluctuate quite a bit, especially during slower periods, which impacts income predictability. Sometimes communication about schedule changes could be more proactive.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more consistent part-time hours or clearer communication on scheduling changes to help employees better plan their lives and finances. More proactive updates would be appreciated.
