Pros: One of the biggest strengths here is the leadership. Our property manager and regional leadership for Davis Development are really supportive, always available to guide us through complex leasing agreements or challenging resident situations. The team dynamic among the Leasing Consultants and other onsite staff at our Summerville, SC property is fantastic; we genuinely collaborate and help each other hit our leasing goals. It's a great environment to learn the ropes of property management
Cons: While the overall experience is great, there's always room for minor improvements. Sometimes, communication on company-wide initiatives or regional policy changes from the corporate office could be more streamlined. Also, during peak leasing season, the workload for a Leasing Consultant can feel pretty intense, and perhaps a quicker approval process for some marketing materials would help us be more agile.
