Pros: The leadership at CPPI, particularly in the Fort Myers office, is really supportive and invests in their employees. As a Junior Scheduler, I've had fantastic opportunities to learn the ropes of complex commercial construction projects. The teamwork among the project management and scheduling teams is excellent, making it a great environment for professional development in the construction industry. I feel like my contributions are valued, and there's a clear path for career growth here.
Cons: Sometimes, during peak project phases, the workload can get pretty intense, which is probably typical for the construction industry. The approval process for minor schedule adjustments can occasionally take a bit longer than ideal, which means we sometimes have to chase things a bit.
Advice to Management: Keep up the excellent work in fostering a supportive environment and continue investing in employee development programs.
