Pros: The base pay for software engineering roles is actually pretty solid. We get a good 401k match, which I appreciate. And the hybrid work model gives you some decent flexibility.
Cons: Health insurance isn't great; it's got high deductibles. PTO is pretty stingy compared to other companies in the tech industry. Don't expect much in terms of equity, especially if you're not super senior.
Advice to Management: Seriously look at improving the health benefits and giving us more PTO. It'd really help attract and keep good technical talent.
