Pros: As an Architectural Designer at Active Homes, the base pay was pretty decent for the residential construction industry in Denver, CO. They offer a 401k match which is a solid plus, helping with long-term savings.
Cons: However, the health insurance premiums were really high, eating into my take-home pay. There aren't many other exciting benefits, and the dental plan was pretty basic for an onsite role.
Advice to Management: Look into better health insurance options. Employees really care about that, especially with an onsite requirement.
