I've had chances to cross-train into different assembly line positions, which keeps things somewhat interesting.
Cons: While it's a stable role, the pace on the production lines can feel intense, especially during busy seasons. Sometimes communication from leadership about schedule changes or new procedures isn't as clear as it could be, leading to minor confusion. The overtime, while sometimes necessary for production targets, can impact work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Enhance communication channels for clearer updates on schedules and process changes. Recognizing and rewarding team efforts during high-demand periods would also be greatly appreciated by the floor staff.
