I’ve had good opportunities to learn new technologies and contribute meaningfully. Since becoming part of Figma, there's a clearer path towards long-term stability and access to more resources, which is a significant plus for job security. The remote setup offers great flexibility.
Cons: The biggest challenge right now is navigating the integration with Figma. While there's more stability, the internal processes and workflows are still evolving, which can sometimes lead to minor delays or confusion. Career progression paths feel a bit less defined during this transitional phase, but that's understandable given the circumstances.
