Pros: The other Software Engineers I work with are super collaborative and genuinely helpful. There's a decent sense of camaraderie within smaller teams, which is nice for a fully remote team. We do have some fun virtual events that help.
Cons: The startup environment can sometimes feel pretty disorganized, with a lot of shifting priorities that impact project stability. There isn't a very strong, unified company culture across different departments. Leadership could be more consistent.
