Pros: The office environment in Austin, TX is pretty solid. They do offer a hybrid work setup, which is better than being fully onsite. You get some flexibility to work remote a couple of days a week.
Cons: The hybrid model is mostly 3 days in office, 2 days remote. It's really hard to get approvals for more WFH or a fully remote setup. This can make true work-life balance a challenge sometimes.
