Pros: The biggest pro is the work flexibility. As a Clinical Support Specialist, I often work remotely, which really helps with work-life balance. The MedTech industry here is exciting, constantly learning about new aesthetic treatments. My colleagues are supportive, making teamwork really effective. Management is generally understanding of personal needs, which is appreciated.
Cons: While flexibility is great, there are periods, especially during product launches or peak sales cycles, where the workload can get pretty intense. Sometimes the internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, which can impact how quickly we can assist clinics or implement new solutions. More streamlined communication channels would be helpful during busy times.
