JOB SUMMARY
1. Must have good understanding of working procedures ISO 45001 : 2018 , CIDB Act, international standards and practices pertaining to scaffolding safety, integrity and accessibility.
2. Support for EPCC, Business Development, Operation and Training Department for technical advise.
3. Experience in calculate and prepare drawing for civil, structural and scaffolding erection works.
4. Prepare, analyze and approve scaffolding design proposals / reports, calculations, sketches, method statements and HSE related documents and to assess the scaffolding procedures and submit to client / Operation / authority bodies.
5. Participate in client site meetings or direct meetings with clients management personnel during the kick-off to advise EPCC & Operation on planning to ensure alignment with project commencement & overall schedules.
6. To support EPCC & Operation department and manage for site investigation.
7. Support quality in the development or redesign of products and test procedures to meet quality standards
8. Advise on the risks identified by the Risk Assessment Report and identifies the resources required to ensure the scaffolding operations are carried out safely.
9. Advise with support by EPCC, BD Department on material, manpower planning, project costing before execution of new projects, tender exercise, RFQ exercise and handover to Operation Department.
10. Analyze and advise post mortem report issued by EPCC & Operation for improvement.
11. Support for EPCC, marketing products and services.
12. Coordinate internal audit in quarterly basis to ensure all ISO 45001 : 2018 compliance requirements and asset management are maintained and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
13. To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally, perform all administrative work.
14. To strictly adhere to ISO 45001 : 2018 requirements when carry out auditing.
