Your Physio: Leading Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic in Malaysia Specialization: Pain, Stroke Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Vertigo
Requirements:
• SPM or Diploma in any relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Provide excellent customer service
• Caring, friendly, dedicated and like to interact with people
• Able to communicate well in English and BM. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibility:
• Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the centre
• Answer incoming phone calls timely and in friendly manner
• Ensure reception area is tidy clean and presentable
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Coordinating and managing customer appointments
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc
• Entering and updating client records
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager
