Responsible for managing and coordinating product & project development related to molecular diagnostics & services.
Oversee the comprehensive progress of laboratory services and product development.
Collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure product and projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements:
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Genetics, Cell Biology, or Biomedical Sciences.
5 years’ experience in medical or biotech laboratory services or production, preferably involve various genetic technologies (PCR, NGS, Microarray, etc).
Experience with product or project development, technology transfer is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin communication as it is required to liaison with partners in China and Taiwan.
