Job Scope

• Reporting directly to Claims Head to ensure smooth daily running of Claims department;
• Reviewing and managing different classes of claims such as property, liability, construction and motor;
• Involved in communications with clients as well as other parties such as insurers, reinsurers, adjusters, lawyers, forensic etc;
• Preparing and updating claims bordereaux and ensure that all outstanding claims are reviewed within required time frame;
• Ensuring follow up on outstanding documents required are promptly requested and shared to expedite conclusion of claims reported;
