Your Role:
As the Technical Manager (Inspection), you will oversee all technical matters, manage
NDT & inspection contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards and
regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Manage all technical aspects of NDT & inspection contracts.
- Source and select competent personnel for projects.
- Ensure compliance with Atomic Energy Licensing Act and other regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.
Client Coordination:
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by clients.
Turnaround Management:
- Plan and execute turnaround projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate resources and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
- Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety.
- Conduct safety audits and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in any discipline with 7+ years of inspection experience, including 5+ years in
a management role.
- Certification in API 570, API 510, API 653, CSWIP 3.2, or NDT Level II (PCN or
equivalent) preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of NDT methods and international standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise teams.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
