Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the documents cum system for all projects and programs.
2. Create and maintain a numerical document system for efficient organization and retrieval.
3. Act as a gatekeeper for document reviews to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
4. Maintain accuracy and consistency of content in all documents, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
5. Manage document version control to ensure the correct versions are accessible to authorized personnel.
6. Responsible for organizing, storing, and tracking controlled documents to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
7. Collaborate with project teams to support document needs and provide necessary assistance.
8. Identify opportunities for improving document management processes and systems.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers related to document control and management.

Requirements :

1. Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related field.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in document control or other similar administrative role.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in working with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

• Liaise with external professional parties to fulfill local statutory obligations in APAC countries.
• Manage internal and external audit.
• Drive process improvement and automation to streamline end to end processes.
• Support new business initiatives and address risk and concerns.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by various business parties.
