Pros: The best part of working at NativeMinds was definitely the people. My colleagues were incredibly supportive, smart, and always willing to help out. We tackled complex data challenges together. The company also offers decent flexibility, allowing for remote work which really helped with managing personal life. I learned a lot technically during my tenure.
Cons: While the team environment was great, I often felt there was a lack of clear direction from upper management. Communication about company strategy and individual career paths could be more transparent. Sometimes project scope felt a bit undefined, leading to extra effort. This made career growth feel less structured than it could be.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication channels from leadership down regarding project goals and individual development plans. More proactive career path discussions would be beneficial for employee retention and motivation.
