A big “hello” from all of us in the Dusemond Team! Dusemond Study Programmes was started in 2015 by Rupert, after 20 years working for a large UK education provider. Since that time, the team has grown to encompass nationalities and expertise from all over the world and this combined passion and experience goes into the programmes we deliver. Our aim, and the aim of all our staff, is to provide fun, safe, international and educational experiences for all our students and most importantly to send everyone home with conflicted feelings: Happy to be going home but sad to be leaving! If we do this we will feel we have achieved! Take a look at what we offer and we hope to be welcoming you soon.
Originally we offered only Summer Programmes for international students at Rugby School but we now offer Spring and Summer and Off-season Programmes at seven boarding school centres across the country to students from all over the world.

Pros: I really appreciated the collaborative environment at Dusemond. My colleagues were always willing to help out, which made tackling projects much easier. It's a great place to gain foundational experience in educational program coordination and student services. The flexibility offered for remote work was also a significant plus.
Cons: While there are opportunities to learn and grow, the pathways for advancement aren't always clear. Sometimes it felt like opportunities were informal rather than part of a structured career development plan. Communication regarding longer-term company strategy could also be more consistent.

Sometimes there's a lack of clear direction on long-term strategic goals, which can make planning challenging.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing the compensation structure to better reflect the value advisors bring. More transparent communication on long-term vision would also help align the team and enhance overall strategic execution within the company.
